Description
FEMAGEN is a pharmacist-compounded topical for female-pattern hair loss, combining minoxidil (5%), tretinoin (0.01%) and the topical anti-androgen spironolactone (2%) in our gentle TrichoSol™ vehicle. It is intended for consistent daily use; benefits build gradually and are maintained only while treatment continues. Individual results vary, and regrowth is not guaranteed.
Compounded from pharmaceutical-grade minoxidil (5%), tretinoin (0.01%) and spironolactone (2%), equivalent to 50 mg minoxidil, 0.1 mg tretinoin and 20 mg spironolactone per 1 ml. These actives target different aspects of female-pattern hair loss through complementary mechanisms: minoxidil supports the growth (anagen) phase; tretinoin can upregulate the enzyme SULT1A1 that converts minoxidil to its active form; and spironolactone blocks androgen receptors locally. The TrichoSol™ vehicle is free of ethanol and propylene glycol, which is gentler on longer hair and sensitive scalps.
Important: FEMAGEN contains spironolactone and tretinoin. Do not use if you are pregnant, may become pregnant, or are breastfeeding. Consult a doctor before use if you have a hormonal or other medical condition.
The brown pharmaceutical glass absorbs harmful UV wavelengths, protecting the product from light damage. The dropper is standardised at 1 ml. One unit is 50 ml, sufficient for almost 2 months of supply with once-daily use (1 ml per application).

HOW TO USE
- Use the dropper to apply 1 ml of solution to a clean, dry scalp. Spread and rub on areas affected by female-pattern hair loss.
