MINACREAM is a pharmacist-compounded high-strength minoxidil (16%) cream with tretinoin (0.01%), formulated for users who have not responded to standard 5% minoxidil solutions. It is intended for consistent daily use; benefits build gradually and are maintained only while treatment continues. Individual results vary, and regrowth is not guaranteed.
Compounded from pharmaceutical-grade minoxidil (16%) and tretinoin (0.01%), equivalent to 160 mg minoxidil and 0.1 mg tretinoin per 1 g of cream. A meaningful share of people respond poorly to standard 5% minoxidil; contributing factors can include lower activity of the scalp enzyme SULT1A1 (which converts minoxidil to its active form, minoxidil sulfate) and irritation from harsh solvents such as ethanol and propylene glycol. This formulation addresses both by combining a higher minoxidil concentration, tretinoin (which can upregulate SULT1A1), and a cream base intended for sensitive skin.
Because of the elevated minoxidil concentration, introduce this product gradually and patch-test before first use. Monitor for irritation or unwanted facial/body hair, and discontinue use if side effects occur.
One unit is 50 g, sufficient for almost 2 months of supply with once-daily use (1 g per application).

HOW TO USE
- Apply a thin layer to the scalp. Spread and rub on areas affected by androgenetic alopecia.
SOLUTION STABILITY
- The product has a shelf life of 2 years when stored at room temperature. No need to store it in a refrigerator.
